These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to nelqro.com and the Protect PRO Chrome extension (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Protect PRO provides browser-based privacy tooling, including tracker blocking and related product features. Features may change as we improve the Service. Some capabilities (including search redirect and related analytics) may depend on remote configuration.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and capable of installing Chrome extensions. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Protect PRO for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the extension except as allowed by applicable law or our written permission.

5. Sideloaded installs

Packages offered for “Load unpacked” / Developer mode are provided for evaluation and distribution where Chrome Web Store install is not yet available. Chrome’s policies may limit sideloaded extensions. You use Developer mode installs at your own risk.

6. Third-party sites

Blocking trackers may affect how some websites behave. Pause protection on a site if needed. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that Protect PRO will block all trackers or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and leaving the website. We may suspend or discontinue the Service or distribution packages at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of nelqro.com, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
